Who is VetFulness?
VetFulness is Sandrine Serfaty Vet. Med, operating under Equidata SL, her company incorporated in Spain. As required, she may collaborate with colleagues in certain situations, cases, or for special events (webinars, etc). She is a veterinarian and animal wellbeing expert, has worked with top horses around the world for the past 30 years and has been part of official teams for multiple competitions worldwide, including the Olympic Games, World, European, Mediterranean, and African Championships. What is a Discovery Call?
A discovery call is a 15 minute call with Sandrine, to best discuss the needs of your horse, and how VetFulness can best help.

Can I book Ask the Vet calls individually?
You certainly can. Please feel free to go here to make your booking. We do recommend our subscription plans as they do offer better value for money, but you can book sessions individually for as long as best suits you.

"Ask the Vet" calls
With your plan you will have a certain number of Ask the Vet sessions available to you per month. These are 15 minute video calls during which you can ask Sandrine any questions pertaining to the health, behaviour and performance of your horse. Note that these do not carry over and must be used within the month. The amount of calls resets at the billing date when the subscription renews. As for the calls, Sandrine can use WhatsApp, Google Meet, Skype, Zoom, whichever is easiest and most convenient.
Can I contact Sandrine by text?
Of course! And depending on whether you have a Gold or a Silver VetFulness plan, Sandrine will be getting back to you within a maximum of 24 hours or 48 hours, respectively.
What if I need more than 15 minutes?
Sandrine also offers full consultations booked individually, outside of the VetFulness subscription plans. These can involve testing, diagnosis, and casework documentation, as is required. Please contact Sandrine to enquire and book.
